GDPR Privacy Update

As the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is becoming active May 25th 2018 we along with many others have updated our Privacy Policy to include the changes the GDPR introduces. We do encourage you to read the updated Privacy Policy.

To further ensure your privacy we decided to process all analytics in-house. We do no longer use third party tracking systems like Google Analytics to understand our website visitors behaviour and take full ownership and control about data we gather. We still share data with third parties but only when we are obligated by law or to process financial transactions, deliver the services you requested or perform fraud and financial risk analyses. For full details about data sharing please read the Privacy Policy.

When answering to support and administrative tickets we are now more strictly verifying the ticket was raised from an identified source in order to better protect your data. Basically meaning everybody within your organisation which is authorized to contact us about enquiries needs to be registered as contact in your account.

If you have any questions about our Privacy Policy please do not hesitate to contact our support.
